A review before adding more
Supplements are most useful when they address a specific need. Talk with Tara about your diet, medications, health history and the products you already take. A long supplement list does not automatically mean a better plan.
Understanding vitamin B12
Vitamin B12 supports blood and nerve function. Some people have dietary or absorption-related reasons for low B12. Prescription injections are commonly used to treat deficiency. B12 does not reliably increase energy in someone whose B12 status is already adequate.
Ask about the right approach
Contact Tara to discuss current injection options and whether testing or another form of supplementation is appropriate. The choice should reflect your needs and the reason for treatment, rather than a general promise of improved energy or weight loss.
Keep your care connected
Bring the labels or names of products you use, including doses. Ask about interactions, whether anything is unnecessary and how a change would be monitored. Nutrition from food remains an important part of the conversation.
Vitamins & Supplements questions
Can I ask about B12 shots?
Yes. Contact Tara to discuss current availability and whether an evaluation or injection is appropriate.
Do vitamins always help fatigue?
No. Fatigue has many causes. A deficiency is only one possibility and should be assessed in context.
Should I bring my current supplements?
Bring a list or photos of the labels, including amounts and how often you take them.
